Mission
We are a group of tourism operator with the vocation of the welcoming that has perceived the necessity to be associated in order to offer and to introduce better all the aspects of greeting in Bologna.We want to emotion describing a city full of art and culture: headquarter of the most ancient athenaeum of the western world, beyond to being rich of monuments, churches, museums, theatre, monastery and arcade (the arcade city: there are not one city in the world who has so many arcade perfectly conserved and expanded over 35 Kilometres). Bologna is in the middle of the way of the most famous and unique art cities starting from: Ferrara (km57), Ravenna (km 88), Firenze (km 151), Venezia (Km 141), Verona (km 151), Mantova (km 114), to Roma (km 380).
We want to emphasize the oenology - gastronomy -gastronomic taste:Bologna “La Grassa” (The Fat), which was the name given up on the time, which is known in the international panorama for hisgastronomic specialities (Tortellini, Tagliatelle Noodles, Lasagne, Boiled meats, Roast meats, Rice Cake: these are just some example). Known also as the Food Region, for his typical and unique products, exported and well-known in all the world are: Parma Ham, Culatello di Zibello, Mortadella, Typical Salami, Pig Head Sausage, Ciccioli, Boiled Salami, Zampone (pork sausage stuffed in a boned pig trotter and boiled, “Salama da Sugo”, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Vermengo Cheese; homemade Noodles are now the daughter of the imitable “Sfoglia” rigorously pulled by hand. The rich and quiet countryside and the roundest hills allows the cultivation of wine like Sangiovese, Pignoletto, Lambrusco, Albana, Trebbiano, Alionza, Gotturnio, Clinto, valued since the times of the Etruscan and the Roman.
We want to remember our tradition: beside the oenology - gastronomy culture, the history, the culture and the art, Bologna is well known for the friendly citizens, for the courtesy, affability and for there life style. The city is integrated in an acting weaving highly composed from small and medium companies, in respect of solid traditions handed on from generation to generation in the centuries, that increase the well – being of the city
